Using Nerds Wordle
Nerds Wordle is a technology-themed word game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access another player’s data, or misuse authentication features. We may restrict accounts used to abuse or disrupt the service.
Fair and acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape at a harmful rate, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, or interfere with other players. Sharing spoiler-free results is welcome; publishing answers before a puzzle has concluded for others is discouraged.
Content and availability
The game, visual design, puzzle schedule, and original content belong to their respective owners. Technology names and product marks remain the property of their owners. The service may change, pause, or end, and puzzles or features may be corrected without notice.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can manage or delete synced data from your account page.
